How we work
One commitment carries a project from the first idea to the living place and the programme that keeps it alive, imagined and made by the same hands. That single line of care is what keeps a place coherent once it opens.
We price three ways: a fee, a fee plus a share of the result, or our own money alongside yours. The third is the clearest way we can show confidence in the work.
We stay on after opening, because a place that keeps its quality keeps earning.
We are a small permanent core working with a standing circle of makers, ecologists, programmers and fabricators, brought together to suit the site. The work carries the credit.

How we start
Every project starts with the ground: its water, its soil, its stories, and how much it can carry. What a place is able to hold decides what we should ask of it.
Old knowledge and new science are used together. Seasonal patterns, ritual and craft memory are read alongside water studies, tree cover modelling and heat measurement.

Singapore is where we think, draw and rehearse. It is a city that taught us how nature, culture and community can share the same ground. What we make there travels: places built for wonder, made by hand, carried by the people who gather in them.
